聯合國祕書長在這兩天訪問烏克蘭時說：
戰爭在21世紀是一個荒謬的事情，在21世紀，沒有任何戰爭是可以接受的。
他還說：
每個人都應該永遠記住一件事：無論戰爭如何，付出最高代價的總是平民
其實，任何一個負責任的國家，對待這個話題都應該有明確的立場，不能含混其詞。
